Knock Pollen.........
            Out of the Park!

Here in south Texas "spring has sprung"! The pollen is in full bloom and March winds are just whipping it up, down, and sideways! The sunny days are just SOOOOO tempting, then I look at the sea of yellow, raging pollen and I retreat.................
TO MY OIL KIT that is!!!!
In our family, we can't hide from the outdoors during pollen season, because I have 2 high school athletes that just LOVE to chase a little white ball around  a white diamond. So, like a "good mom" and obedient sisters (who come kicking and screaming), we "oil up" and head out to the ballpark about 4 times a week.

So, aside from plenty of fresh water and snacks, there are a few "MUST HAVES!" Probably the most used essential oil around our house this season is *Breathe Again(3528). Breathe Again has a unique blend of 4 different eucalyptus', peppermint, copaiba, myrtle, blue cypress, and laurus nobilis. It will become your sinus' best friend and it also makes the perfect "purse companion". Its perfect for on-the-go families, and with the precise roll-on applicator, it makes it really easy to get it right where you need it most, and only there.
The copaiba in the *Breathe Again makes this my favorite "go to" oil for supporting sinuses and supporting the body's natural response to injury and irritation. Disclaimer: Post contains affiliate links with YoungLiving.com and Amazon.com. Another handy tip that we use often is to apply *lavender(3575) to the nasal area, before going out to the park. This helps to protect our skin from the damaging effects of the spring wind, sun and pollen. While out at the park we often find more handy uses for lavender like: soothing knees and elbows, after-sun support, minor skin irritations, supporting muscles, and relaxing rides to and from the park, (with our car diffuser).  Once we arrive home, a favorite diffuser  "fav" is to use lavender, lemon, peppermint, and more copaiba to soothe our pollen-filled noses. Makes for a restful night's sleep!
Before retiring for the night, I also like to use *Sulfurzyme(3243) capsules to support healthy detoxification, of all the irritants that I came into contact with over the day. It helps maintain the proteins in your body, protects your cells, cell membranes, preserves the connective tissue in your body, supports your immune system and your circulation, liver and digestion! Whew! So much in one little capsule! Taking the time to learn more about how enzymes can help you maintain wellness is well worth the task!
Comes in handy blister packets.
We also take *Essentialzyme-4(4645), a digestive enzyme, before each meal, and especially after a long day of hot dogs and nachos. Not many people eat enough "live" enzymes(found in raw fruits and vegetables) during the day, which are responsible for breaking down and enhancing absorption of your food, vitamins, and minerals. So, knowing this to be true of our family, we make sure to support our bodies with the powerful enzyme formula, *Essentialzyme-4 and *MightyZymes(3259) for the little ones.  Having the proper amount of enzymes circulating in the body, reduces the allergic reaction to most environmental and food irritants. Enzymes are the most important supplement you can take to enhance your health!

To help combat the "we don't eat well enough" theme, we start every day with 1-2 oz of *NingXia Red(3042). I don't know about your kids, but I know mine aren't getting their full servings of fruits and vegetables ANY day, so I can at least rest assured knowing that they got MORE than the daily recommended servings, when they drink their NingXia. It has a fantastic taste and has no "junky-juice" or added sugar, while filling them with a whole food source of protein, fiber, minerals and vitamins. The handy *NingXia Red Singles (3525) also double as a great ice pack, when frozen, for those unexpected ball park "boo-boos", and then you can finish off that little "crying incident" with a nice cold NingXia slush! Yum!! Every kid loves a slush, and this is one you'll be proud that other moms see you give to your kids.
